The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records from the 1st and 3rd respondent pertaining to the G.O.Ms.No.608 dated 19.05.2008 and consequent impugned proceedings No.22117/Po4/2010 dated 12.09.2012 and quash the same.
2. When the matter was called on 08.03.2024 and 02.04.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 04.04.2024, under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs.
