Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for all relevant records relating to the impugned Government Order in G.O(Ms)No.44 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (U) Department dated 03.05.
2016, issued by the Respondent Government herein, for fixing the Inter-Se-Seniority between directly recruited Assistant Section Officers and promote Assistant Section Officers, included in the regular panel for the year 2007-2008 and joined in the year 2008, to quash the same as arbitrary, improper, illegal, unconstitutional and contrary to the basic principle of Service Rules, thereby directing the Respondent herein to Regularise the service of the Petitioner in the post of Assistant Section Officer in the Secretariat Service as he was promoted as Assistant Section Officer in the year 2008, in the panel year 2007-2008 and consequently to fix the Inter-Se-Seniority within the above said Government Orders in G.O.(Ms).No.44 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (U) Department dated 03.05.

In view of the dismissal of the writ petition in W.P.No.16634 of 2016, wherein, the writ petitioner Mr.S.Jayakamaraj, is one of the party. The present writ petition is filed challenging the Inter-Se-Seniority and to regularise the services of the writ petitioner.
2. Since the qualification obtained by the petitioner was invalid and the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition deserves no further consideration.
