The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representations sent by the petitioner on 01.02.2011 and 10.02.2011.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
