The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition some lease was granted for quarrying.
2. The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.12.2020. However, the relief sought for lost its significance and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the lease order or any other order passed by the respondents / competent authorities.
3. Issuing a direction to consider the representation at this length of time would do no service to the cause of justice. Thus, the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
