ORDER

By order dated 25.11.2016 in W.M.P.Nos.35412 & 35414 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.41438 & 41439 of 2016, this Court has

granted an interim order directing the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioners.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in these contempt petitions and accordingly, the same are closed.
