This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 25.09.2024 and 17.10.2024. On both occasions, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to enable him to get instructions from the petitioner. Today, when the matter is listed once again for consideration, it is represented by Mr.D.Ravichander, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that inspite of putting his best efforts, he is not in a position to get instructions from his client and hence, reported 'no instructions'. 2.
In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this writ petition
