(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13 February 2015 passed in W.P. No. 3696 of 2015.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. Connected Sub-Application also stands closed. Mrs. Archana Patnaik, I.A.S., the respondent, is present before this Court today. Her presence is dispensed with.
