O R D E R

Pursuant to the order dated 19.12.2016, the Government passed G.O.(Ms).No.4, Revenue Department dated 10.01.2017 and deleted the endorsement in the patta with the direction to the Assistant Commissioner, ULT to issue fresh patta. The same has been complied with and fresh patta has also been issued. The original patta has been handed over by the learned Government Advocate to the first petitioner viz., Mrs.Rajini Issac, through her counsel Mr.S.Vasudevan.
