O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 25.01.2017 within the stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2017 to survey, the respondents have not surveyed the land so far.

3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation on payment of necessary fee and pass orders in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, on payment of necessary fee before the respondents, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2017 for surveying the land and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
