The writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ, calling for the records in respect of the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in SRCAPP-356, F.SRO/NCTE/2010-2011/25901 dated 03.01.2011 and to direct the 2nd respondent to receive and process the application of the petitioner dated 27.09.2010 including seeking comments from the 1st respondent and inspection to be made by an Expert Team for consideration of grant of recognition to the petitioner college for imparting B.Ed. course from the academic year 2011-12.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for disposal, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submitted that since the prayer in this writ petition seeking for grant of recognition to the petitioner college for imparting B.Ed. Course for the academic year 2011-2012 was lapsed, now the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, there is nothing survives to adjudicate the matter involved in this case. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.
