ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 23.06.2015, passed in W.P. No. 14432 of 2015, the order rejecting the petitioner's application, has been issued.
2. In that view of the matter, there is no contempt and as such, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take re-course to the appropriate forum, if so advised under provisions of law, against fresh cause of action.
