ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 506(ii) of IPC R/w 5(1), 6, 17 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act in Crime No.03 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek Anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that investigation in this case has already completed,charge sheet filed and the Special Court, POCSO Act, Chennai had already taken the case on file in S.C.No.118 of 2021, showing these petitioners as absconding accused.

3. In the light of the above fact, the petition for granting Anticipatory Bail is dismissed.
