This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.121 of 2019, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, E-1, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore District.

2. The first respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.121 of 2019 for the alleged offence under Section 307 IPC, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, CCB, Coimbatore in P.R.C.No.26 of 2019.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent contended that the investigation is completed and final report has also been filed.
