ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25660 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25660 of 2024, dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
