Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent police every monday and saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P. 2395 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 and pass such further or other order and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ELANGOVAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor For Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2395 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the 1st petitioner/1st accused in this case is not complying with the condition. As far as the 2nd and 3rd accused/petitioners are concerned, he reports that they are complying with the condition by reporting before the respondent Police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Taking note of the above fact, the condition imposed to 2nd and 3rd petitioners while granting Anticipatory Bail is modified as to report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th of every English calender month. As far as the 1st petitioner is concerned, his request to modify is rejected, since he has not complied the condition. If the 1st petitioner has not complied the conditions, it is open to the respondent to request the trial Court to take appropriate action in tune with the condition (e) of the anticipatory bail order dated 02.02.2022.
