matter and hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and list the matter on 24.02.2020. Despite printing the name of the petitioner in the causelist on 24.02.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, Registry is directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e., on 26.02.2020. The writ petition is of the year 2012. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
