(Through Video Conferencing) Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, in the light of the successful sale of the property which took place on 28.10.2020 and sale certificate, dated 20.11.2020, also came to be issued, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition, and the petitioner has also filed an appeal under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent. 3.In the light of the said development, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his appeal remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
