ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was some misunderstanding with the petitioner and hence, they are returning back the bundle to the petitioner and giving change of vakalat. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has already been completed in this case and final report was filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.79 of 2023.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
