This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 17944 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28281 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 17944 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28281 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
