W.P.No.17837 of 2016 W.P.No.17837 of 2016 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J On 5/8/2019, this Court had dismissed the instant writ petition, directing the learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.1688 and 2609 of 2016, within a period of six months, from the date of the said order.

2. On two occasions, learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has sought for extension of time for implementation of the order, dated 5/8/2019. This Court, vide, orders, dated 25/11/2021 and 27/6/2022, granted six and three months time, respectively.

3. Though this Court has made it clear that no further extension of time will be granted, considering the fact that suits have been kept before Adhoc Court No.I, till 13/6/2022 and the present incumbent, i.e., IV Assistant Judge, has taken charge only on 2/5/2022, time is extended by a further period of four months from today, as a last chance.

4. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suits within a period of four months from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
