O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1 to 4 respondents to take appropriate action to remove the encroachments in S.No.410/1, 135, Mudukur Village Taluk, Tiruvallur District. 2.

With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the Official respondents are directed to conduct a survey in respect of the subject property described in the writ petition. If any encroachments Page No.2 of 5

are identified, further actions are to be initiated to remove the encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
