ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the garb of a criminal complaint, in relation to any false case given by the second respondent on a matrimonial discord and force the first petitioner to withdraw her family Court cases against the second respondent either directly or indirectly. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police.

3.It is seen that husband/second respondent has given a complaint against these petitioners, in respect of which the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.975 of 2015. It is also seen that divorce proceedings are pending between the parties in HMOP No.1781 of 2015 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since, it is purely a matrimonial dispute, the respondent Police is directed not to interfere and the parties are directed to work out their remedies before the appropriate Forum.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
