Review Application No.SR25416 of 2015 filed to review the order dated 12.12.2014 made in O.P.No.592 of 2014 and dismiss the Original Petition.

O R D E R

The Review Application has been filed with the delay of 193 days praying to condone the same. There is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ cogent reason for justifying such an inordinate delay.

2. In so far as the merit of the Review Application is concerned, the petitioners (respondents in the Original Petition) state that their objection and the counteraffidavit were not properly considered by the Court.

3. The original respondents/petitioners herein seek to rely on the reply stated to have been filed, which was not found on record, as it was returned underlining certain objection, when the matter was taken up on 12.12.2014. On the Court query, only one objection was pointed out and that was dealt with and no other aspects were urged. Now, it is stated that the reply contain other objections, including the primary one that the resolution took place in 2011 and the accounts stood reconciled. On being asked what is the document to show the settlement of accounts, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the same is only the averment in their reply. Thus, even, on merits of the review, there is nothing on record.

4. The Application to condone the delay as well as the Review Application No.SR25416 of 2015, stand dismissed. No costs.
