This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7 (b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner by an order dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30122 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30122 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
