ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2014 against Mrs.Elizabeth and her rowdy elements, investigate the matter and take action as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.230 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No. 230 of 2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
