This Original Petition has been filed under Section 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 25 of the Guardians and Wards 1890 r/w Order XXI Rules 2, 3 of Original Side Rules, praying to appoint the petitioner as the sole guardian of the person of the minor male child G.Nakul, born on 05.04.2018 and to grant permanent custody of the minor male child to the petitioner who is the nature guardian. 1/3
