ORDER

This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order issued by this Court in W.P.No.11831 of 2012 dated 26.04.2012.

2.Mr.Kandhan Duraisami, learned counsel representing the petitioner and submitted that vide proceedings of Managing Director, TWAD Board, Chennai dated 16.11.2015, the disciplinary proceedings have been concluded and the suspension order of the petitioner has also been revoked and thereby orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.11831 of 2012 dated 26.04.2012 has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with.

3.In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. The proceedings dated 16.11.2015, shall form part of the record.
