This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.3955 of in Crl.OP.No.941 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023 on the file of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. Every first working day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
