A perusal of the records shows that the revision petitioner did not pay batta since 30.07.2013. Though the proceedings in OS.No.354 of 2007 was not stayed, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam and Taluk, Villupuram has not proceeded further in OS.No.354 of 2007, merely on the ground that, the present Civil Revision Petition is pending before this Court.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam and Taluk, Villupuram is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.354 of 2007 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Since the revision petitioner has not paid batta from the year 2013, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 30.08.2019 mbi Index : Yes/No To
