The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st respondent/sole plaintiff has passed away on 12.03.2016 and he has also filed a memo on 23.01.2019 to that effect. 2.Notice has been served on the respondents except 5th respondent. There is no representation for the respondents No. 2 to 5. Since the 1st respondent/sole plaintiff has died, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
