A.No.855 of 2022 has been filed to direct the respondent to pay the rental arrears of Rs.21,68,700/- with simple interest @ 6% per annum from 01.03.2020 to till date. A.No.858 of 2022 is for payment of damages for use and occupation of the premises at the rate of Rs.1,37,800/- per month till the date of handing over of possession from the date of order of eviction.

2. There is no representation for the Respondent.

3. When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that possession has already been taken by the AG&OT by evicting the respondent.
