This petition is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Despite notice having been served upon the respondent and the name and address have been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 30 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
