(Neuro Surgery) Courses for the year 2010-2011 as null and void and thereon quash the same and consequently annul Clause 3 of the proposed Bond, sought to be executed in pursuance of the impugned clause 59(g) in the Prospectus, seeking to withhold the certificates of the petitioner.
