W.P.No.4829 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J Though the respondents have not complied with the order of this Court, dated 27.02.2024 passed in this Writ Petition, and though in the status report, they have stated that the Collector had conducted enquiry on 12.03.2024, but he has not passed final order. Therefore, the first respondentDistrict Collector is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the aggrieved parties / rival claimants / interested parties / objectors, if any, as the case may be, and after giving notice to them, conduct fresh enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
