ORDER

(delivery by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 12 November 2013 passed in W.P. No.17940 of 2013.

The respondent/alleged contemner, viz., the Tahsildar, Thiruvannamalai, has filed an affidavit dated 09 January 2016, stating that the encroachment made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ S.No.75/12, 13 and 14, Su. Nallur Village, Thiruvannamalai

District, has been removed on 06 January 2016 and thus, the aforestated order passed by this Court has been complied with.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachment has not been removed in its entirety and a portion of the encroachment is yet to be removed.

If it is so, the respondent is directed to remove the encroachment in full within a further period of four weeks.

This contempt petition stands closed with the aforestated direction.
