(CRIME NO.99 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.22517/2021 dated 26.11.2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.BALU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22517 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
