..Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring Bye-law No.57 as amended on 25.5.2008 by the 1st respondent, insofar as Bye-law No.57 restricts the members' rights to inspect the registers or records only with respect t to their own business as illegal and ultra vires of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act 2002.
