Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the report of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1119/2011/Aa-1 dated 15.07.2013 and also to renovate the temple viz., Arulmigu Vaithiyanadha Swamy Thirukoil at Vaitheeswaran Kovil.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the report of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1119/2011/Aa-1 dated 15.07.2013 and also to renovate the temple viz., Arulmigu Vaithiyanadha Swamy Thirukoil at Vaitheeswaran Kovil.

2. The subject temple is the subject matter of W.P.No.14794 of 2018 wherein a direction was issued by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 02.12.2019 in W.P.No.14794 of 2018 to the third respondent to hold an inquiry with regard to the same issue raised in this writ petition and pass final orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if the third respondent complies with the direction issued by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 02.12.2019 in W.P.No.14794 of 2018.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to comply with the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.14794 of 2018 in letter and spirit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
