On 06.11.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners was present 1/4

and made a submission that he already handed over the case records to the petitioners. He has also made a submission that he has already handed over change of vakalat to the petitioners. In view of the above submission, this Court directed to print the name of the petitioners in the cause list and directed to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Today when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, though the name of the petitioners are printed in the cause list, there is no representation either from the petitioners or from their counsel. 3.Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
