ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor.

Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that in compliance to the order dated 24.04.2015, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Salem has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.5790/2015/A4 dated 30.05.2016, giving certain directions to the Tahsildar, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on receipt of the said communication dated 30.05.2016, would submit that though the petitioner wants an exclusive patta ; but the name of the rival claimant continues to appear as joint pattadar and prays for appropriate orders. In the light of the above cited order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings, if she is so advised, in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
