This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.25 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Today, when this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in Crime No.25 of 2015 and charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Court.
3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
