S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.166 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused involved in creating fake documents such as bank statement, address proof and identity proof and using those documents they availed loan from HDFC Bank.
4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that to ascertain the magnitude of the crime, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking note of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) and modus operandi alleged against the petitioner, this Court finds that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
