The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and final order dated 28.02.2013 made in I.A.No.1272 of 2011 in O.S.No.592 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif, Tirupattur, Vellore District.
2. From the records, it is seen that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.07.2013, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Again on 27.08.2018, when the matter was called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today (04.03.2019), when the matter is called, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.03.2019 asi
