O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.06.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.15378 of 2015 has not been complied with.

2. On 24.06.2015, this Court passed the following order in Crl.OP.No.15378 of 2015:

"... 3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.288 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.288 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Uttarpradesh and Others [2013[4] Crimes 243 [SC]."

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that, petition enquiry in CSR.No.288 of 2015 was completed as early as on 31.05.2015, but it was not brought to the notice of this Court inadvertently on 24.06.2015, when Crl.OP.No.15378 of 2015 came up for hearing. A copy of the Closure Report in CSR.No.288 of 2015 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. While so, on the complaint of one Murali Krishnnan, the husband of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1785 of 2015 has been registered against the opposite party for offences under Section 294[b], 427, 448, 506[i] IPC on 24.06.2015.
