PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order issued by the 1st respondent in G.L.2/2008/L dated 10.09.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to renew the period of lease granted in favour of the petitioner in respect of the leased out premises comprised in S.No.303/1 Kumarasamypettai, Dharmapuri Taluk and District for a further period of five years on accepting 15% enhanced rent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
