This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12756 of 2019 on 22.08.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
