This petition is to quash the private complaint filed for the offence under Section 500 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the complainant is no more and has also produced the death certificate of the complainant which confirms the said fact.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this quash petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
