The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner, in connection with a complaint lodged by one Divya, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 294(b) IPC.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry was over on the said complaint and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
