ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.700 of 2025 by an order dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioners; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.700 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
