Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents 1 t0 3 and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. Though the writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 11.11.2014 to cancel the patta, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is inclined to file necessary civil suit against the execution of improper sale deed.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil forum, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
